The Mizoram Survey & Record Operations Act, 1994State Act of Mizoram · Act 6 of 1994

(1) All undisputed entries in the record of rights shall be attested by the parties interested and all disputes regarding such entries whether taken up by the Survey Attestation of entries and decision of dispute Contents of record of right Preparation of record-of-right - 7 - Ex-52/1994 Officer of his own motion or upon application by any party interested, shall be disposed of by bim in accordance with the procedure prescribed under this Act.

(2) No order as to possession passed under this section shall debar any person from establishing his right to the property in any civil or revenue court having jurisdiction.
