The Multimodal Transportation of Goods Ordinance, 1992.Ordinance · 1992

(1) Where the consignor and the multimodal Lrafliport operator have entered into a contract tor the rnummodal transportation and the muhimodal transport operator has taken .charge ol' the goods, he shall, at Lhe option of tlto consignor, issue a negotiable or non-negotiable mu.timoddl transport document.

(2) lhe multimodal transport documont shall be signed by the mudimodal transport operator or by a person duly authorised by him.
