In addition to the conditions specified in rule 4 of the General Grading and Marking Rules, 1937, the conditions set out in Schedule VI shall be the conditions of every certificate of authorization issued for the purpose of these rules.

**To cover accidental errors broken nuts will be tolerated up to 1% by weight.

6. N.S. Grade* May consist of dust, chicken feed and kerne seeds and crush, in any proportion as required by the buyer. The tannin content should not be less than 35%. The material shall be free from foreign matter This grade can be exported against firm order only *Anything passing thought 16 mesh sieve.

(1) An authorised packer shall make such arrangements for testing myrobalans as may be prescribed and samples thereof shall be forwarded to such control laboratory as may be notified from time to time by the Agricultural Marketing Adviser.
(2) An authorised packer shall provide such facilities to Inspecting Officers duly authorised by the Agricultural Marketing Adviser for the sampling, testing and affixation of grade designation marks as may be prescribed from time to time by the Agricultural Marketing Adviser.
(3) All instructions regarding the methods of sampling, analysis packing etc. which may be issued by the Agricultural Marketing Adviser shall be strictly observed.
