i i Seven days notice shall be given for ordinary meetings of the Governing Body ofthe Board and two days notice for special meetings
(iv) "Sessional Chairman and Sessional Secretary":- In the absence of the Chairman holding the charge ofthe Secretary or vice versa, the senior-most Ex-officio member of the Governing Body shall act as Sessional Chairman and the senior-most officer of the Board shall act as Sessional Secretary for the meeting already notified.
