The Nagaland Forest Product Limited (Acquisition of Shares) Act, 1982State Act of Nagaland · Act 5 of 1982

(i) The Nagaland Forest Products Limited (Acquisition of Share) Ordinance, 1981 is hereby repealed.

(ii) Notwithstanding such repeal anything done or any action taken induding any order made, notifications issued or directions given under the Ordinance so repealed shall be deemed to have been done, taken, made, issued or given as the case may be under the corresponding provisions of this Act.
