The Nagaland Home Guards Act,1988State Act of Nagaland · Act 4 of 1988
(1) This Act may be called the Nagaland Home Guards Act, 1988.
(2) It extends to the whole of Nagaland.
(3) It shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from the 5th January 1988.
Definitions
2. In this Act unless these is anything repugnant in the subject or context:
(a) “Home Guard” means a person who is appointed as such under this Act.
(b) “Prescribed” means prescribed by rules made under this Act.
(c) “State” means Government of Nagaland.
