The Nagaland Home Guards Act,1988State Act of Nagaland · Act 4 of 1988

(1) The Nagaland Home Guards, Ordinance of 1987 is hereby repealed.

(2) Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken including any appointment or delegation made, order or direction issued, rule made under the said Ordinance shall he deemed to have been done or taken, under the corresponding provisions of this Act, and shall continue in force accordingly unless and until superceeded.
