Section 25: Director of Prohibition

The Nagaland Liquor Total Prohibition Act, 1989State Act of Nagaland · Act 4 of 1990

The State Government may by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint an officer to be called the Director of Prohibition who subject to the control or the State Government and subject to such general or special orders as the State Government may from time to time make, shall exercise such powers and shall perform such duties and such functions as are conferred upon, by or under the provisions of this Act and shall surprinted the administration and carry out generally the provisions of this Act.
