(i) All animals detained in a quarantine station shall remain under the care of the person in-charge who shall be responsible for their feeding and upkeep.
(ii) The State Government shall make appopriate arrangement for the supply of animal feed, grassing and water and may recover the changes incurred, by the levy of fees as may be prescribed.
(iii) Every person incharge of animal, during the period of their detention, take reasonable precaution against their straying from the limits of the quarantine station or from the place alloted for their halt.
