Section 316: Ground floor doors, etc not to open outwards on street

The Nagaland Municipal Act,2001State Act of Nagaland · Act 10 of 2001

The Municipality may, at any time, by a written notice, require the owner of nay premises on the ground floor of which any door, gate. bar or window opens outwards upon a street or upon any land required for the improvement of a street in such manner, as is likely to obstruct the safe or convenient passage of the public along such street, to have such door, gate, bar or window altered so as not to open outwards.
