The Nagaland Municipalities Community Participation Act, 2011State Act of Nagaland · Act 8 of 2011

(1) Any person eligible for contesting the elections to the office of Sector Representative in that Areamay file, in accordance with the procedures that may be laid downunder the rules kamed in this behalf, his nomination for contestingthe election to such post simultaneously with the Notification of Election ofthe Municipality Election of Sector Resentative

(2) Nomination papers forthe office of Sector Representative shall be available with State Election Commission.

(3) The Election to the Sector Representative in various Area min any Municipality shall be conducted under the aegis of the State Election Commission
