The Nagland Municipal (3rd Amendment) Act, 2016State Act of Nagaland · Act 7 of 2016

(1) This act may be called the Nagaland Municipal (Third amendment) Act,2016.

(2) lt shall come into force atonce.

Amendment of Sectio, 23A and 23B

2. In section 23A and 23 of the Nagaland Municipal Act, 2001 (as inserted by the Nagaland Municipal First amendment act,2006), the words "Scheduled Castes" and the connected phrases and provisions relating to reservation for Scheduled Castes, shall be omitted.
