The North East Christian University Act, 2012State Act of Nagaland · Act 4 of 2013

( 1 ) The Finance Oficer shall be responsible for assisting the Chancellor the Vice Chancellor the other officers, the Councils, Committees bodies and authority of the University in managingthe administration of the Gnance of the University subject to regulation

(2) He shall be members of the Governing and Finance Council.

(3) The Chancellor may co-opt the Finance Officer in any other Council Committee Bodies orAuthority of the University.
