(1) The Deans meads of DepartmentsFaculties are mainly responsible for the Educational Administration in respect of courses or programmes of study in the University.

(2) Their other power and functions shall be as per regulation.

29. The following shall be the Councils ofthe University

(1) The Governing Council

(2) The Executive Council

(3) The Academic Council The Governing Council
