Section 41: Duplicate certificate

The Nagaland Registration of Tourist Trade Act, 2000State Act of Nagaland · Act 6 of 2000

If a certificate of registration issued under this Act is lost, damaged or destroyed, the prescribed authority shall, on an application made in that behalf by the person holding such certificate on payment of the prescribed fee, issue a duplicate certificate.

42. Certificate of registration to be kept exhibited- The certificate of registration shall be exhibited by the person holding in it a conspicuous place at the principal place of his business and if he has no place of business, he shall keep it on his person.
