To further amendtheNagaland salaries, allowance and other facilities of the chief ministers, speaker, leader of opposition, deputy speaker, parliamentary secretaries and, other members of the Nagaland legislative assembly and pension for ex-members acct, Be it enacted by theNagaland 1egis;lative assembly in the sixth-third year of the republic of indiias follows:
1. (1) This act may be called the Nagaland salaries, allowance and other facilities of the chief minister, other ministers, speaker, leader of opposition, deputy speaker, parliamentary secerataries and other members ofthe Nagaland legislative assembly and pension for ex-members (second amendment) act,
2012.
(2) I t shall come into force at once.
Substitution of schedules I and IJ
2. For the existing schedules I and I1 to the Nagaland salaries, allowance and other facilities of the chief minister, other ministers, speaker, leader of opposition, deputy speaker, parliamentary secretaries and other members oftheNagaland legislative assembly and pension for ex-members act, 2005 (as amended by the act No. 7 of 2010), the schedules I and 11 annexed hereto, shall be substituted.
