The Nalanda University Financial Regulations, 2013Central Regulations · 2010

(1) These Regulations may be called the Nalanda University Financial Regulations, 2013.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

(3) These regulations shall apply to the University including the main campus and all the Centres and Bodies set up by the University.

Definitions

2. In these Regulations, unless the context otherwise requires,

(a) “imparting the singular number” shall include the plural number and vice-versa;

(b) “imparting masculine gender” shall include the feminine gender and vice-versa;

(c) words and expressions used herein and not defined but defined in the Act and the Statutes shall have the meaning respectively assigned to them in the Act or the Statutes, as the case may be.
