Section 8: Registration

The Nalanda University First Ordinances, 2015Central Ordinance · No. 39 of 2010

(1) All students shall register for various courses in each semester and it shall be their responsibility to register for the requisite number of courses in each semester.

(2) No student shall be allowed to attend a course without prior registration.

(3) No student shall be allowed to register for a course after the time limit specified therefor in each semester.

(4) In-absentia registration may be allowed in special cases by the Dean of the concerned faculty and if a student is unable to make registration on account of illness or any other reason, he or she shall intimate the reason of absence to respective Programme Coordinator and Dean of the concerned faculty in advance.
