Section 17: Power to constitute committees

The National Anti-Doping Act, 2022Central Act · Act 15 of 2022

The Agency may constitute such committees, as it deems fit, for the discharge of its function under this Act, including 3[Therapeutic Use Exemption] Committee, Investigation Committee, Sample Collection and Testing Committee, Result Management Committee and Education Committee, in such manner as may be specified by regulations.
