Section 6: Constitution of the Classification Committee

National Capital Territory of Delhi (Incredible India) Bed and Breakfast Establishments (Registration and Regulation) Act, 2007 (Delhi Act…Union territory Rules of Delhi · 2007

The Classification Committee referred to in sub-section (4) of section 3 of the Act, shall consist of the following namely:-

(a) a representative of the Tourism Department of the Government ;

(b) a representative of the Delhi Tourism and Transportation Development Corporation Ltd.,

(d) a representative of the Deputy Commissioner of Police of the District;

(e) a representative of Indian Association of Tour Operators.
