Section 6: Validation of acts done or omitted to be done, etc., during 1st January, 2012 up to the date of enactment of this Act.

The National Capital Territory of Delhi Laws (Special Provisions) Second Act, 2011Central Act · Act 20 of 2011

Notwithstanding any judgment, decree or order of any court, all things done, or, omitted to be done, and all action taken, or, not taken, during the period beginning on or after the 1st day of January, 2012 and ending immediately before the date of enactment of this Act, shall, in so far as they are in conformity with the provisions of this Act, be deemed to have been done, or, omitted to be done, or, taken, or, not taken, under these provisions as if such provisions were in force at the time such things were done or omitted to be done and action taken or not taken during the aforesaid period.
