The National Commission for Backward Classes Ordinance, 1993Ordinance · 1993

(2) The Central -Government' sJ&atf,-after due appropriation mad$ by jParliament by law in this behalf, pay to the Commission by. way of grants ^uch sums of money as the Central Government may think fit for being utilised for the plurposes of ahjs Ordinance.

(2) The Commission may spend such sums as it thinks fit for performing the functions under this Ordinance, and such sums shall bej treated as expenditure payable out of the grants referred to in sub-section (1).
