Section 17: छुट्टी मिंरूकताा प्राजधकारी

(1) आयोग का अध्यि स्ट्र्वायत्त बोडों के अध्यिों को छुट्टी मंिूर करने के जलए सिम प्राजधकारी होंगे।

(2) संबंजधत स्ट्र्वायत्त बोडा के अध्यि को उस बोडा के प्रत् येक अन् य सदस्ट्य को छुट्टी प्रदान करने का अजधकार होगा।

18. अिंदायी भजर्वष्टय जनजध - (1) स्ट्र्वायत्त बोडों के अध्यि और सदस्ट्य उस जस्ट्थजत में अंिदायी भजर्वष्टय जनजध जनयम (भारत), 1962 के उपबंधों द्वारा िाजसत होंगे िहां सामान्य भजर्वष्टय जनजध (कें द्रीय सेर्वा) जनयम, 1960 के अधीन अंिदान के जलए कोई जर्वकल्प नहीं हैं।

(2) स्ट्र्वायत्त बोडा का अध्यि और सदस्ट्य स्ट्र्वायत्त बोडा में उनके द्वारा प्रदत् त सेर्वा के जलए अजतररि पेंिन और ग्रेच्युटी के हकदार नहीं होंगे।
