No. 34-2/2005/NCTE/CDN,—In exercise of the powers confeiTed under sub-section (1) and clauses (i) and (p) of sub-section (2) of section 32 read with sub-section (1) of section 19 of the National Council for Teacher Education Act, 1993^ and in supersession of the National Council for Teacher Education (Assignment of Functions to the Executive Comfnittee) Regulations, 2005 published in the Gazette of India as No. 121 on 30-8-2005, the National Council for Teacher Education hereby makes the following Regulations, namely
1. Short title and commencement:
(i) These Regulations may be called the National Council for Teacher Education (Assignment of Functions to the Executive Committee) Regulations, 2007.
