* m •OT efctf ^ T 3TT̂ T ̂ TRPWf WIT STI^F?^ -TK&f [ m tf. 44/19/2006 -T^rebpT. -3 (TO/4] MINISTRY OF HOME AFFAIRS NOTIFICAIION New Delhi, the 11th January, 2008 G.S.R. 26(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 5 read with Section 75 of the Disaster Management Act, 2005 (53 of 2005), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post of Financial Advisor in the National Disaster. Management Authority, namely :
1. Short title and commencement—(1) These rules may be called the National Disaster Management Authority (Financial Advisor) Recruitment Rules, 2008.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. Number of post, classification and scale of pay.—The number of post, their classification and the scale of pay attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed with these rules.
3. Method of recruitment, age limit and qualifications, etc* —The method of recruitment, age limit, qualifica tions and other matters relating to the said post shall be as specified in columns (5) to (14) of the Schedule aforesaid.
