Section 1: Short title and commencement

The National Highways Authority of India (Recruitment, Seniority and Promotion) 2013Central Regulations · 1988

(1) These regulations may be called the National Highways Authority of India (Recruitment, Seniority and Promotion) Second Amendment Regulations, 2013.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. In the Schedule to the National Highways Authority of India (Recruitment, Seniority and Promotion) Regulations, 1996 (hereinafter referred to as the principal regulations), the Schedules prescribing eligibility criteria and qualifications for the following posts shall be deleted, namely:- “Chief General Manager (Planning and Quality) Chief General Manager (Standardization, Research and Development).”
