'.'(I) I\µ ?flice?oremployee who r?tires from 'the services of the Authorityaft?r serving it for a· minimum period of ten years (includingservice in any other establishment owned ,;,r controlled by the Government) or such officer or employee if incapacitated to serve the Authority because of his physical or mental invalidity or such officer or employee, if retrenched without. beingoffered an alternative employment shall be -eligible'to claim travellingallowance for. himself and the membersofnis fam{ty,actual cosroftranspcrtation not exceedingthe amount admissible :

10. · Travellinj(Allowfiilte''on 'deputation'bn: training> An. officer or employee deputed to undertake a course of trainingin ,Jlldiashallbe entitled to draw travelling allowance, hotel charges and daily allowance as on tour at full rates for the first i 80 days of training and in case the training institute in which the officer or employee has been deputed provides free-boarding and lodging, the-daiiy-allowanceadmissible to the officer or employeeshall bereduced after t.hc::.first thirty days,oftraining to qai)y allowaoce at half the fa#,i ,id ' J ', • .
