Section 9: Inquiry Report

The national Highways Tribunal ( procedure for investigation of misbehavior or incapacity of presiding officers ) Rules, 2003Central Rules · 2003

After the conclusion of the investigation, the Judge shall submit his rep<nt to the President stating therein his findings and the reasons therefor on each of the artides of charges separately with such observations on the whole case as he thinks fit.
