The National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research (Second)Ordinance, 1998Ordinance · 1998

(1) The National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research Ordinance, 1998, is hereby repealed.

(2) Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken under the said Ordinance so repealed, shall be deemed to have been done or taken under the corresponding provisions of this Ordinance.

Transitional provisions.

Statutes and Ordinances to be published in the Official Gazette and to he laid before Parliament.

Repeal and saving.
