Section 1: Short title and commencement.

The National Institutes of Pharmaceutical Education and Research Act, 1998Central Act · Act 13 of 1998

(1) This Act may be called the National [ Institutes] of Pharmaceutical Education and Research Act, 1998.

(2) It shall come into force on such date as the Central Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint and different dates may be appointed for different provisions of this Act.
