The National Law University of Uttarakhand Act, 2011State Act of Uttarakhand · Act 11 of 2011

(1) All recognised teaching in connection with the degrees, diplomas and certificates of the University shall be conducted under the control of the Governing Council by the teachers of the University in accordance with such syllabus as may be prescribed.

(2) The courses, curricula and the authorities responsible for organising such teaching shall be such as may be prescribed.
