The National Legal Services Authority Etlegal Services Clinics) Regulations, 2011Central Regulations · 1987

(1) The Panel lawyers or retainer lawyers with skills for amicable settlement of disputes, shall alone be considered for being deputed to the1 [legal services clinic]:

Provided that preference shall be given to women lawyers having practice of at least three years.
