Section 15: Duties of recognised sports organisation.

The National Sports Governance Act, 2025Central Act · Act 25 of 2025

A recognised sports organisation shall ensure that all its voting members and affiliate units, as applicable, complies with---

(a) the International Charters and Statutes, as applicable, and shall exercise the rights, perform the duties and discharge the functions as specified therein; and

(b) the provisions of this Act and the rules and regulations made thereunder.
