(1) The Central Government may, by notification make rules for carrying out the provisions of this Ordinance.

(2) In particular, and without prejudice to the generality- of the foregoing pow*r, sueh rules may provide for all 'of qny'of the following matters, namely;'—

(a) the manner in which the amount is to be paid under subsection (1) or sub-section (2) of section 8;

(b) the mannej* in which the monies in any provident fund or other fund, referred to in sub-seetion (?) pi section 11, sp$l be dealt with; <

(c) any other matter which is required to be, or may be, prescribed.
