The National Thermal Power Corporation Limited, the National HydroelectricPower Corporation Limited and the North-Eastern Electric Power Co…Ordinance · 1993

(1) On the appointed day, the power transmission system and the right, title and interest of each of the three companies in relation to its power transmission system shall, by virtue of this Ordinance, be deemed to have been transferred to, and vested in, the Central Government,

(2) The power transmission systems vested in the Central Government by virtue of sub-section (1) shall, immediately after they had so vested, be deemed to have been transferred to, and vested in, the Corporation.
