Section 37: Qualifying service

The Navy (Pension) Regulations, 1964Central Regulations · 1957

All service which qualifies for service pension shall also qualify for the service element of disability pension.

Explanation. – Service rendered in aid of the civil power shall be treated as service in the Indian Navy for the purpose of disability pension and gratuity.
