Section 45: Kinds of family pension

The Navy (Pension) Regulations, 1964Central Regulations · 1957

(1) A family pension may be granted to the members of the family of a deceased officer in the circumstances, at the rates and subject to the conditions hereinafter specified.

(2) The different kinds of family pension admissible under this regulation are –

(a) Pension to the widow, which may be ordinary or special;

(b) gratuity to the window;

(d) education‟s allowance for children;

(e) dependents pension.
