Section 64: When payment of children’s allowances ceases

The Navy (Pension) Regulations, 1964Central Regulations · 1957

the payment of ordinary special children‟s allowance shall cease –

(i) when the child attains the age of eighteen

(ii) at the expiration of the year commencing with April in which the child if a boy, is otherwise provided for or if a daughter, marries, whichever is earlier.]
