The Centre shall maintain its accounts and prepare its annual statement of accounts, balance sheet, receipt and payment account and income and expenditure statement in the Forms of financial statements as specified in Forms ‘A’, ‘B’ and ‘C’ and Schedules 1 to XXIII annexed to these rules.
