The Chairperson and Member shall be entitled to medical treatment and hospital facilities as are provided in the Central Government Health Scheme to the officers of “Group A’ of equivalent rank or where the Scheme is not available, the Chairperson and Member shall be entitled to the medical treatment and hospital facilities under the Central Services (Medical Attendance) Rules, 1944.
