Section 25: Disqualification for membership of an authority

The Nims University Rajasthan, Jaipur Act, 2008State Act of Rajasthan · Act 7 of 2008

A person shall be disqualified for being a member of any of the authorities of the University, if he -

(a) is of unsound mind and stand so declared by a competent court;

(b) is an undischarged insolvent;

(c) has been convicted of any offence involving oral turpitude;

(d) is conducting or engaging himself in private coaching classes; or

(e) has been punished for indulging in or promoting unfair practice in the conduct of any examination, in any form, anywhere.
