(1) Th is Regu la t ion m a y be called the North-East Frontier Agency (Requisitioning of Service as Porters) Regulation, 1954.

(2) It extends to the tribal areas specified in Part B of the Table appended to paragraph 20 of the Sixth Schedule to the Constitution.

(3) It shall come into force at once.
