The sitting member nominated to fill the seat allotted in the House of the People to the Tribal Areas of Assam specified in Part B of the Table appended to paragraph 20 of the Sixth Schedule to the Constitution, known as the North-East Frontier Agency, shall, on and from the appointed day, be deemed to have been nominated to fill the seat allotted to the Union territory of Arunachal Pradesh in the House of the People.
