PART II—Section 3—Sub-section (ii) izkf/dkj ls izdkf'kr PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY la- 742] ubZ fnYyh] cq/okj] ekpZ 15] 2017@iQkYxqu 24] 1938 No. 742] NEW DELHI, WEDNESDAY, MARCH 15, 2017/PHALGUNA 24, 1938 ᮰म और रोजगार मंᮢ ालय अिधसचूना नई ᳰद᭨ली, 15 माचᭅ, 2017 का.आ. 827(अ).—के᭠ ᮤ ीय सरकार, कमᭅचारी भिव᭬ य िनिध योजना, 1952 के पैरा 39 के साथ पᳯठत परैा 30 के ᭭ प᭬ टीकरण ᳇ारा ᮧद᭜ त शि तयᲂ का ᮧयोग करते ᱟए और भारत के राजपᮢ, असाधारण, भागII, खंड 3, उपखंड (ii), तारीख 2 फरवरी, 2015 को भारत के ᮰म और रोजगार मंᮢालय कᳱ अिधसूचना सं या का.आ. 323(अ), तारीख 2 फरवरी, 2015 को, उन बातᲂ के िसवाय अिधᮓांत करत ेᱟए िज᭠ हᱶ ऐसे अिधᮓमण स ेपूवᭅ ᳰकया गया ह ैया करने का लोप ᳰकया गया ह,ै के᭠ ᮤ ीय बोडᭅ से परामशᭅ करन ेके प᭫ चात्, कमᭅचारी भिव᭬ य िनिध के सामा᭠ य ᮧशासिनक ᭪ ययᲂ को पूरा करने के िलए उपल᭣ ध संसाधनᲂ को ᭟ यान मᱶ रखत ेᱟए िनयोजक ᳇ारा उ त ᭭ कᳱम के पैरा 30 और पैरा 38 के उप पैरा (1) के ᮧयोजनᲂ के िलए तारीख 1 अᮧलै 2017 स ेसदंेय ᮧशासिनक ᮧभारᲂ को ᮧ᭜ येक अᮧ᭜ यकारी ᭭ थापन, िजसका कोई अशंदाियक सद᭭ य नहᱭ ह,ै के िलए ᮧितमास के िलए पचह᭜ तर ᱧपए कᳱ ᭠ यूनतम रािश और अ᭠ य ᭭ थापनᲂ के िलए ᮧित᭭ थापन पांच सौ ᱧपए ᮧितमास कᳱ ᭠ यूनतम रािश के अधीन रहते ᱟए,वेतन के 0.65 ᮧितशत (श᭠ू य दशमलव पसᱹठ ᮧितशत) जैसा ᳰक उ त पैराᲐ मᱶ िन᳸द᭬ ट ᳰकया गया ह,ैिनयत करती ह ै।
2. शंकाᲐ को दरू करने के िलए, यह अिधसिूचत ᳰकया जाता ह ैᳰक इस अिधसूचना मᱶ अतंᳶव᭬ ट ᳰकसी बात का 31 माचᭅ, 2017, उस तारीख को सि᭥ मिलत करत ेᱟए, उस अविध कᳱ बावत संदये ᮧशासिनक ᮧभारᲂ िजनके िलए परैा 1 मᱶ िन᳸द᭬ ट अिधसूचना उसी तरह लागू रहगेी मानᲂ उसका अिधᮓमण नहᱭ ᳰकया गया था । [फा. स.ं एस-35012/01/2014-एसएस-II] आर.के.ग᭡ु ता, सयंु त सिचव 2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] MINISTRY OF LABOUR AND EMPLOYMENT NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 15th March, 2017 S.O. 827(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by the Explanation to paragraph 30 read with paragraph 39 of the Employees' Provident Funds Scheme, 1952, and in supersession of the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Labour and Employment published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), vide number S.O. 323(E), dated the 2nd February, 2015, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the Central Government, after consulting the Central Board and having regard to the resources of the Employees’ Provident Fund available for meeting its normal administrative expenses, hereby fixes the administrative charges payable by the employer for the purposes of paragraph 30 and sub-paragraph (1) of paragraph 38 of the said Scheme with effect from 1 st April, 2017 at 0.65 per cent (zero point six five per cent.) of the pay as referred to in the said paragraphs subject to a minimum sum of seventy-five rupees per month for every non-functional establishment having no contributory member and five hundred rupees per month per establishment for other establishments.
2. For the removal of doubts, it is hereby notified that nothing contained in this notification shall affect the administrative charges payable in respect of the period up to and inclusive of the 31st March, 2017 in respect of which the notification referred to in paragraph 1 herein shall continue to apply as if the same had not been superseded.

अिधसचूना नई ᳰद᭨ली, 15 माचᭅ, 2017 का.आ. 828(अ).—के᭠ ᮤ ीय सरकार, कमᭅचारी भिव᭬ य िनिध और ᮧकᳱणᭅ उपबंध अिधिनयम, 1952 (1952 का 19) कᳱ धारा 6ग कᳱ उपधारा (4) के खंड (क) ᳇ारा ᮧद᭜ त शि तयᲂ का ᮧयोग करते ᱟए, और भारत के राजपᮢ, असाधारण, भाग II, खंड 3, उपखंड (ii), तारीख 2 फरवरी, 2015 को भारत के ᮰म और रोजगार मंᮢालय कᳱ अिधसचूना सं या का.आ. 324(अ), तारीख 2 फरवरी, 2015 को, उन बातᲂ के िसवाय अिधᮓांत करते ᱟए िज᭠ हᱶ से अिधᮓमण से पूवᭅ ᳰकया गया ह ै या करन े का लोप ᳰकया गया ह,ै अवधाᳯरत ᳰकया जाता ह,ै जो कमᭅचारी जमा सहब बीमा ᭭ कᳱम, 1976 के ᮧशासन के सबंंध मᱶ ᭪ ययᲂ को पूरा करने के िलए उ त ᭭ कᳱम के ᳇ारा या उसके अधीन ᳰदए गए कोई अ᭠ य लाभᲂ कᳱ लागत के म े᭪ ययᲂ से िभ᭠ न, जमा सहब बीमा िनिध को ᮧ᭜ येक मास िनयोजक ᳇ारा कोई रकम त᭜ समय संदाय के ᱨप मᱶ अपने कमᭅचारी के सबंंध मᱶ िनयोजक ᳇ारा संदाय नहᱭ होगी ।

3. यह अिधसूचना 2017 के अᮧैल के ᮧथम ᳰदन को ᮧवृ᭜ त होगी । [फा. सं. एस-35012/01/2014-एसएस-II] आर.के.गु᭡ ता, सयंु त सिचव ¹Hkkx IIµ[k.M 3(ii)º Hkkjr dk jkti=k % vlk/kj.k 3 NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 15th March, 2017 S.O. 828(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of sub-section (4) of section 6C of the Employees’ Provident Funds and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952 (19 of 1952), and in supersession of the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Labour and Employment published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), vide number S.O. 324(E), dated the 2nd February, 2015, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the Central Government hereby determines that no sum shall be payable for the time being by the employer in relation to his employees as the further sum payable by the employer every month to the Deposit-Linked Insurance Fund for the meeting the expenses in connection with the administration of the Employees Deposit-Linked Insurance Scheme, 1976 other than the expenses towards the cost of any benefits provided by or under that scheme.
2. For the removal of doubts, it is hereby notified that nothing contained in this notification shall affect the administrative charges payable in respect of the period upto and inclusive of the 31st March, 2017 in respect of which the notification referred to in paragraph 1 herein shall continue to apply as if the same had not been superseded.
3. This notification shall come into force from 1 st day of April, 2017.
