New Delhi, dated the 4 th May, 2016 S.O. (E).- In supersession of the Orders/Notifications as indicated in Column (6) of the Table below for appointment of Common Adjudicating Authority mentioned in Column (5) of the Table and in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 and sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Additional Director General(Adjudication), Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Delhi to act as a Common Adjudicating Authority to exercise the powers and discharge the duties conferred or imposed on the officers mentioned in Column (4) of the Table, in respect of the show cause notices mentioned in Column (3) of the Table given below for the purpose of adjudication thereof Table Sl.
