(EXTRA.), MARCH 1, 1990 (PHGN 10, 1911 SAKA) ________________________________________________________________________________________ HARYANA GOVERNMENT COOPERATION DEPARTMENT Order The 10 th November, 1989 No. 3014-C-8-89.- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Haryana Cooperative Societies Act, 1984 and in supersession of Haryana Government, Cooperation Department notifications No. 55/P.A. 25/61/S.3/71, dated the 14th May, 1971, No. S.O. 217/P.A. 25/61/S.2/73, dated the 9th November, 1973, No. S.O. 116/P.A. 25/61/S.3/78, dated the 4th August, 1978 and No. S.O. 80/H.A. 22/84/S.3/85, dated the 30th August, 1985 and all other powers enabling him in this behalf, the Governor of Haryana hereby appoints the persons specified in column 2 of the Schedule given below to assist the Registrar, Co-op. Societies, Haryana, and further confers on them the powers of the Registrar, Cooperative Societies, exercisable by him under the provisions of the said Act and rules as specified in columns 3 and 4 of the said schedule within the jurisdiction as specified in column 5 thereof :-
