1. (1) इस स् कीम का संध् त नाम कममचारी भधिष् य-धनधि (छिा संकोिन) स् कीम, 2017 ।
(2) ये राजपत्र में प्रकाकन की तारीत को प्रिृत ोगी ।
2. कममचारी भधिष् य-धनधि स् कीम, 1952, के प रा 72, के उप-प रा (5), के तंड (ड.) और उसके परंतुक के स् थान पर धनम् नधलधतत रता जाकगा, अथामत:- “(ड.) व् यधत त धजसको संिाय दकया जाना , को दकसी अनुसूधचत िाधर्ध यक बक क या दकसी डाक र की इल त राधनक या धडधजटल धनधि अतंरर् प्रर्ाली के माध् यम से संिाय दकया जाकगा ।” [फा. सं. कस-35012/7/2016-कसकस-II] आर. के. गु ता, संयुत त सधचि ठट पर्: कममचारी भधिष् य-धनधि स् कीम, 1952 भारत के राजपत्र, असािारर्, भाग II, तंड 3, उपतंड (i) में अधिसूचना संख यांक का.धन. आ. 1509 तारीत 2 धसतंबर, 1952 द्वारा प्रकाधकत की गई थी और अंधतम संकोिन अधिसूचना संख यांक सा.का.धन. 404(अ), तारीत 25 अप्र ल, 2017 द्वारा दकया गया । 2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(i)] MINISTRY OF LABOUR AND EMPLOYMENT NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 4th May, 2017 G.S.R. 436(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 5 read with sub-section (1) of section 7 of Employees’ Provident Funds and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952 (19 of 1952), the Central Government hereby makes the following Scheme further to amend the Employees’ Provident Funds Scheme, 1952, namely:-
1. (1) This Scheme may be called the Employees’ Provident Funds (Sixth Amendment) Scheme, 2017.
(2) It shall come into effect from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Employees’ Provident Funds Scheme, 1952, in paragraph 72, in sub-paragraph (5), for clause (e) and the proviso thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely:- “(e) The payment may be made to the person, to whom payment is to be made, through electronic or digital funds transfer system of any Scheduled commercial bank or any post office.” [F. Note: The Employees’ Provident Funds Scheme, 1952 was published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i), vide notification number S.R.O. 1509, dated the 2 nd September, 1952 and last amended vide notification number G.S.R. 404(E) dated the 25 th April, 2017.

2. कममचारी पेंकन स् कीम, 1995, के प रा 33 के स् थान पर धनम् नधलधतत रता जाकगा, अथामत:- “ 33. पेंकन का संधितरर् और अन् य प्रसुधििाकं.- (1) आयुत त कें द्रीय बोडम के अनुमोिन से संधितरर् अधभकरर्क ज से डाक र या राष् रीकृत बक क या धनधियां अथिा अनुसूधचत िाधर्ध यक बक क धजसके अतंगमत ्ेत्रीय रामामीर् बक क या करपरेठटि बक क भी , के साथ इस योजना के अिीन पेंकन के संधितरर् और अन् य प्रसुधििां के धलक इल त राधनक और धडधजटल धनधि अंतरर् प्रर्ाली के माध् यम स ेव् यिस् था करेगा ।

1. (1) This Scheme may be called the Employees’ Pension (Amendment) Scheme, 2017.
(2) It shall come into effect from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Employees’ Pension Scheme, 1995, for paragraph 33, the following shall be substituted, namely:- “33. Disbursement of pension and other benefits.- (1) The Commissioner shall, with the approval of the Central Board, enter into arrangement for the disbursement of pension and other benefits under this Scheme with disbursing agencies like post office or nationalised banks or Treasuries or scheduled commercial banks including regional rural banks or co-operative banks through electronic or digital funds transfer system.
(2) The Commission payable to the disbursing agencies and other charges incidental thereto shall be met as provided in paragraph 27 of the Scheme.” [F. No. S-35012/7/2016-SS-II] R. K. GUPTA, Jt. Secy.

1. (1) This Scheme may be called the Employees’ Deposit-Linked Insurance (Amendment) Scheme, 2017.
(2) It shall come into effect from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Employees’ Deposit-Linked Insurance Scheme, 1976, in paragraph 24, for sub-paragraph (3), the following shall be substituted, namely:- “(3) The payment may be made to the person, to whom payment is to be made through electronic or digital funds transfer system in any Scheduled commercial bank or any post office.” [F. Note: The Employees’ Deposit Linked Insurance Scheme, 1976 was published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i), vide number G.S.R. 488(E), dated the 28 th July, 1976 and was last amended vide notification number G.S.R. 1192(E) dated the 30 th December, 2016.
