In exercise of the powers conferred by section 184 B at the Goa Municipalities Act, 1968 (Act 7 of 1969) (hereinafter called the 'said Act'), read with rule 3 of the Goa Municipalities Appellate Tribunal Rules, 1989, and in supersession of the Government Notification of even number dated 20-7- 1994, published in the Official Gazette, Series II No. 17 dated 28-7-1994 the Government of Goa hereby constitutes an Appellate Tribunal consisting of the Chainman of the Administrative Tribunal constituted under the Goa, Daman and Diu Administrative Tribunal Act, 1965 (Act 6 of 1965) and further appoints him as the Presiding Officer of the said Appellate Tribunal for deciding appeals preferred under Section 184 of the said Act, with immediate effect.
