Section 4 Series II No. 49 dated 7-3-2019 -2- GOVERNMENT OF GOA Department of Women & Child Development Notification 4/24/95-SWDIW&CD In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section I of the Goa State Commission for Women Act, 1996 (Goa Act 10 of 1996) (hereinafter called the “said Act”), the Government of Goa hereby appoints 30th June, 1997 as the date on which the provisions of said Act shall come in force. In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 4 of the Goa State Commission for Women Act, 1996 (Goa Act 10 of 1996) (hereinafter called as the “said Act”), read with rule 3 of the Goa State Commission for Women Rules, 1997, and in supersession of the Government Notification referred above, published in the Official Gazette Series II No. 50 dated 14th March, 2013, the Government of Goa hereby constitutes the State Commission for women, to exercise the powers conferred on and to perform the function assigned to it, under the said Act, consisting of the following persons namely:-

1. Adv. Vidya Arjun Shet Tanavade, H. No. 652, Heerashri, Adarsh Nagar, Chicalim- Goa — Chairperson.

2. Mrs. Neena Rajendra Naik, “Kaustubh” La Campala Colony, Miramar, Panaji- Goa — Member.

3. Ms. Dolla Rodrigues, Usgaon, Ponda-Goa -—Member.

4. Ms. Vavita Vallab Raikar, Pereira Residency, Purna Enclave Co-op. Hsg. Society Ltd., Gogol, Margao-Goa — Member.

5. Mrs. Sonia Mahanand Asnodkar, H. No. 711/4, Green Hill, Socorro, Porvorim- Goa — Member.

6. Mrs. Eslinda D’Souza, La-Campal Colony, Miramar-Panaji-Goa — Member.

7. Smt. Samira Cardoso, 13/F Hill View Estates, Gounlloy, Nuvem, Salcete-Goa — Member.

8. Smt. Jennifer Monserrate, MLA, Taleigao-Goa — Member.

9. Ms. Linette Ferrao, Senior Scale Officer, Goa Civil Service — Member Secretary The tenure of the above Commission shall be for three years from the date of its constitution. (Published in the Official Gazette Series-II No.2 dated 15-4-2016) Superseded vide Notification dated 4-3-2019 __________ -5- Notification No. 4-19-96-SWO-W&CD/6405 In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 4 of the Goa State Commission for Women Act, 1996 (Goa Act 10 of 1996) (hereinafter called as the “said Act”), read with Rule 3 of the Goa State Commission for Women Rules, 1997, the Government of Goa amends the Notification No. 4-19-96- SWD/ DW&CD/3225 dated 11-04-2016 (hereinafter called the “said Notification”) as follows: In the said Notification, for the existing entry at serial Nos. 1 and 5, the following entry shall be substituted, namely:
