Section 100: Punishment for disclosure of information.
The Occupational Safety, Health and Working Conditions Code, 2020Central Act · Act 37 of 2020
(1) Whoever being the Chief Inspector-cumFacilitator or Inspector-cum-Facilitator or any other person referred to in section 39 or section 121 discloses, contrary to the provisions of that section, any such information as is referred to in that section without the consent of the appropriate Government, he shall be punishable with imprisonment for a term which may extend to three months, or with fine which may extend to one lakh rupees, or with both.
(2) No court shall proceed with the trial of any offence under this section except with the previous sanction of the appropriate Government.
